Looking back, I see the limitations of psychotherapy because it is all performed in “conscious” level, which makes us use only around 5% of our brain.
“Conscious” is almost always and we are using only around 5% of our brain.
Hypnotherapy is performed in “subconscious”, which makes us use up to 95% of our brain. “Subconscious” is a natural state of ours though it visits us only a few times a day.
In “subconscious”, our brain operating speed will be 1,000,000 times faster than “conscious” level.
Natural state of “subconscious” happens to us randomly when we are so relaxed such as when driving in highway or riding on a subway train.
Meditation should be close to “subconscious” too.
“Subconscious” is super powerful and it randomly comes to us. Someone comes up with the idea of inviting “subconscious” when needed.
Using “induction” technique and make “subconscious” happens to us and it is already called “hypnosis”.
Nothing dramatic about “hypnosis”. “Hypnosis” is a natural state called “subconscious” but only when we “induce” it.
“Induction” takes only body and mind relaxation. We won’t need any other techniques or anything but body and mind relaxation.
I use ocean wave sound to relax my clients and mind relaxation, simply count the numbers backward like we do in anesthesia induction.
I had never known true effectiveness of “subconscious” therapy and it truly amazed me.
My life literally started changed from the point. Up to the point, I was unemployed for 8 years.
Since then to now, I have business in New York City, published a book in Japan and the US, spoke on radio live shows 12 times at several New York radio stations in the past and still a mother of four.
I happily make an announcement that I renewed my contract with my Japanese publisher so my Japanese books sold out will be reprinted and distributed any time soon.
This time, E-book will be available though it will take a few months to make the E-book version from now.
Adding to it, my English book that was published in this year is sold on the first printing. It will be second printing soon and this book already has E-book version and both are available at Amazon or any other Internet book stores.
When you go to amazon.com, type “Mitsu Emig”, it will surely come up so take a look!
Or simply click here.
What changed my life? I say that I changed myself. I didn’t gain any education nor past experience never changed either.
All those excuses that I wasn’t born in the US or didn’t have excellent parents stayed same.
Finally I had to realize that my excuses were just excuses but nothing to do with my performances or success at all.
Nothing changed but I am still myself. I didn’t gain any education or social relations like marriage or living in maids.
However my perception changed. I changed what I could do or I couldn’t or possibility of mine, I changed everything around them at all.
I changed my perception and also believes too.
Today, my children were watching a YouTube video that was showing a bunch of dudes sang birthday song together.
Those are regular dudes and the singing was nothing but out of tones, well, at the beginning.
It took weeks for them to practice and they became a great chorus singers.
Everything works in the same way.
Those gentlemen didn’t gain any talents all of sudden then. The talents were there in them hidden long time.
Of course, it wasn’t the case that all of sudden they got hit by thunder and sang well.
That means that they got potential, which is hidden ability in them unused for a long time.
It is called potential, isn’t it? You surely have it in you though you never notice it.
What made it blossom was the practice they had. When they practiced to sing, I am sure that they got a belief that they might be getting better at singing.
For example, They might have believed in the instructor who was convincing that they could sing better.
With the teacher’s theory and stories could make them believe that they were going to be great singer.
Whenever you believe, that becomes the truth in you. Their truth was that they could be great singers.
The more they practiced, the stronger the believes could be. They might have felt like they were already great singers and it might seem like complete misconceptions for the others though that must be the truth when they believed in it.
Whatever you believe, that is making your truth.
I keep talking about how I changed my life in tomorrow’s column.
Have a wonderful day!
